Last night was the American Idol Finale where singer Phillip Phillips won….still trying to figure out why his parents name him that way. But anyways, Rihanna took the stage with her biggest hit to date and 11th single on the Billboard Charts performing “Where Have You Been”. I love the dance for this in which choreographer Hi Hat (known for many of Missy Elliotts dance like “Get Your Freak On”) choreographed the performance. Rihanna dresses in all black with a dread ponytail in which she tweeted she had always wanted since she was 14 but her mom wouldn’t allow it.
Chris Brown went hard in his version on Kanye West “Theraflu“. There were rumors flying around about him and Rihanna could possibly get back together, but I guess that has all changed, and Chris couldn’t deal with Rihanna being tied to other celebs, or know as an “industry whore”. I still love Rihanna, but sheesh, Chris went in !!
The annual Met Gala has returned, and it feels like it was just yesterday that we seen last yrs beautiful gowns across our favorite celebs. This time we habe the likes of Solange, Kanye (who rumored showed up with Mary Olsen who might I said looked terrible), Lala and Carmelo, Azalea Banks, Beyonce and even the annual returnee (is that a word) Rihanna who hit up this years Met Gala in NYC. Rihanna finally releases the exotic video to the dance track “Where Have You Been”.The video dances in what it looks like in the desert in the beginning, as she incorporates reggae and indian dance movements for the video. I actually like her with the curly fro… she should do that as an everyday look.
The tour version of the “Princess of China” video premiered today as this version will be played in the background while Cold Play will be on tour. As for the official music video for the song, that will be released in the next few weeks.

Rihanna was spotted trying to blend in with the locals as she walked around NYC running some errance today. She kept it casual on this windy day with a denim jacket, white t-shirt, pants. and of course her Jordans she recently bought last week to match.
With Instagram being the new hot photo vehicle to post your loves, must haves, and yourself, Rihanna decided to debut her new look via instagram. Once again she went with the dark look with the one side of her head shaved while she is currently in Tokyo.
