Recently Nicki Minaj sat down with Angie Martinez for Hot 97′s VIP Lounge. She performed a couple of her new tracks off her new album Pink Friday which drops next week, as well as spoke on coming up and wanting to rap and the most interesting of the interview when she finally speaks on the issue between her and Lil Kim. She says don’t play with me, and also that Lil Kim will go down in history as a sore loser. “Ouch”!

Its about damn time Wendy got some A listers on her show instead of Z listers lol. Nicki Minaj is on the move promoting her album that is set to drop next Friday called “Pink Friday“. I give her overall performance a B, mainly because she was singing, and she couldn’t do much to the song “Right Through Me” , which she performed, but if she performed an all out hip hop song it would’ve been a more intense performance.
Nicki gives fans, and viewers an insight into her past, her future, and present. This documentary will show performances, studio sessions, and interviews. I am soo looking forward to this.
Nicki Minaj covers Billboard magazine, and she is called the first Lady Gaga of Hip Hop. Here is a short part of her interview in the magazine.
But three years ago, Minaj, born Onika Maraj and raised in Jamaica, Queens, was just another tough, street-wise, potty-mouthed chick who couldn’t keep a job.
“The last job I had was as an office manager in a little, tiny room where I literally wanted to strangle this guy because he was so loud and obnoxious,” Minaj recalls. “I would go home with stress pains in my neck and my back. That’s when I went to my mother and said, ‘Look, I’m not going back to work.’ I’d been fired like 15 times because I had a horrible attitude. I worked at Red Lobster before that and I chased a customer out of the restaurant once so I could stick my middle finger up at her and demand that she give me my pen back. I swear to God I was bad.”
So I was on MrsGrapevine.com and came across this video of a Lil Kim & Nicki Minaj fan, crying on a track because she wants them to stop beefing. She is saying some deep stuff, but i couldn’t help but laugh towards the end, like she was really crying over these 2 females.
For the November issue of Black Men Magazine Nicki Minaj gets bootylicious for their SSX issue. Most of these pics look really good, but I am not a fan of the black lipstick on her.
We are just two weeks away from Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday release and she will be performing in concert on Thanksgiving night I believe in NYC along with Fabolous.
Yesterday we posted some on the set photos of Keyshia Cole filming for her two videos I Ain’t Thru and her second single “Long Way Down” which will feature her fiance Daniel Boobie Gibson.
Rap Up was able to get some footage for behind the scenes of Keyshia filming her first video. The video takes place in downtown LA and was directed by Benny Boom.
