Gabrielle Union graces the cover yet again of Essence Magazine’s September issue. In the magazine she talks about love, the rumors, and many more. We all know she recently a couple of mths ago talked about suing bossip on some false story that they reported. Here is a snippet on talking about her relationship with Dwayne Wade:
“The only marriage that I’ve ever been a part of destroying is my own, and it’s not my place to talk about anybody else’s…”
Kerry Washington covers h Magazine, and also has a small spread inside. I like the photos, it brings out another side of her. Be on the look out for the many movie projects lined up for Kerry in the 09′ including Life Is Hot in Cracktown, Night Catches Us which she’s currently filming and then there are two other projects already slated for next yr 2010.
Taraji Henson was chosen to have a seductive spread in Men’s Fitness Magazine. She has been very successful with the few movies that she’s been in and her success continues to grow. I think the pics are hot. Here’s a snippt of what she said in the magazine:
“Most men are fragile,” she says. “I’m a successful woman, in the public eye, and raising a kid by myself. It can leave guys feeling like, ‘Damn, how can I have a chance?’” Answer: “Just be a man!”
Keri Hilson goes comic book… as I may say for the upcoming issue of Complex Magazine. I am such a fan and I love her Magazine Cover art. Maxwell covers the September issue of Giant Magazine. It is reported that inside the magazine he has a 12 page spread… Way to go Maxwell. Once I get my hands on them I shall post em.
The Gully God Mavado covers the June/July 09′ issue of XLR8R Magazine which is a music and culture magazine. In the magazine they talk about him accelerating to the top of the charts with his music, still hanging out with friends in Kingston saying
”Even when me seh our dream come true, I’m still there in the gully with my friends”.

Toya Carter, Lil Wayne’s ex wife covers the August 2009 issue of S2S Magazine. In the magazine she talks about her and Lil Wayne’s relationship, and the current reality show she has with Tiny on BET. It was reported in the magazine that she was reluctant to talk about the rumor that Lauren London is carrying Wayne’s baby and also supposedly Wayne is waiting for the DNA Results.
Ummm not just her, but what about Nivea??? But anyways peep an excerpt from the interview below:
Jamie: How old were you all when you decided just to call it quits? You said you were 22?
Toya: It was, like, four years ago.
Jamie: And you just decided that? Was there anything in particular to make you feel fed up?
Toya: Yes, it was just a lot of stuff—a lot of different things. You know, I’d rather not talk about what had led up to me wanting to move away.
Jamie: Were you living with him, though?
Toya: Yes. We lived together.
Jamie: How long did you live together?
Toya: Two years.
