As rumors were already swirling that Chrissy and Jim Jones were probably not returning for the third season, Emily B took to her twitter confirming that she will not be returning for season 3 of Love and Hip Hop. However it seems like she hinted for her own spin off show?? of what we may not know, but it could be of her and her life with the kids and Fab. If this is indeed true, then do you think she can hold her own as far as ratings with other reality show heavy weights and keep the attention of VH1 viewers??

Brandy mentioned on her upcoming album that she planned to collab with r&b crooner Chris Brown. The midtempo track is called Put It Down which talks about if your partner puts it down the right way then maybe that we can fall in love with each other. It seems like Brandy also incorporates Bran Nu (her rapper alto ego) on the track. Chris doesn’t even sing on the track but more so raps. Listen to it below.

Meagan gets colorful for the cover of the latest issue for Rolling Out Magazine. In the issue they show her with her new girl group H.E.L.L.O Girls which includes her sister LaMiya. In the magazine she discusses her group and the music with her name being Cheeba and even getting married. Peep an excerpt.

There has been a lot of buzz surrounding your new music group, The H.E.L.L.O. Girls. Tell us about your name in the group, because I hear you have an interesting nickname. My name in the group is Cheeba. It comes from an old-school cartoon where there was a cat who was like the Queen of Sheba. I’m a Leo so I am very much a lioness, so the girls somehow nicknamed me Cheeba.

How has the experience of being in the group been for you? I know it started organically as friends, but now it seems to be taking off. Yeah, we really haven’t released our first video yet, and we haven’t been releasing a lot of songs, but we have been gaining momentum, which has been a blessing. It’s just great, because Amy is my best friend … we’ve been best friends since we were 15 years old. I’ve known Sterling forever … her mom used to write on a Nickelodeon show that I did as a kid, and of course LaMyia is my sister, so we are very close

I won’t say the much anticipated because to me it wasn’t and if you did it was a big let down anyways. Nicki Minaj debuted on MTV last night her new video for the pop track “Starships” Nicki Minaj flaunts around in a bikini and her body with no surprise looks awkward and weird.
