Beyonce came dressed in white and performed her new single “Best I Never Had” she also had the opportunity to hit the couch and talk with Jimmy Fallon as well as give a push for her friend Kelly Rowland whose album I Am Me dropped earlier this week.
New around town is that the Mo’Nique show that airs on late night BET is cancelled, here is the spiel:
Actress/Comedian, Mo’Nique’s BET talk show has been canceled by the network. BET has responded to reports by Media Take Out and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that “The Mo’Nique Show” has been canceled saying instead that it is on a “production hiatus.”
BET Spokesperson Kobe Swanson told EURweb, “The Mo’Nique Show will be on production hiatus beginning in the Fall.” He added, “However, new episodes of the show will continue to air throughout the summer. Mo’Nique Hicks and ‘The Mo’Nique Show’ are important to the BET Networks family and we look forward to continuing our relationship with her.” Mo’Nique’s sidekick Rodney Perry told EURWeb that the show was on an “indefinite hiatus.”

Rohan and Lauryn have been dating for years…while many wondered why they never got married or even why he never divorced his wife to officially be with Lauryn was very confusing for the fact that he father all of Lauryn’s 5 kids. Well as we all know a few weeks ago the internet went buzzing after we found out that Lauryn was indeed pregnant again while we all thought it was Rohan’s, he quickly took to his twitter page to deny that he was the father. Rumors then surfaced that he was denying and abandoning Lauryn but Lauryn recently took to her twitter page to straighten everything out about her 5 kids.. which leaves me and other news sources that he is not the father of her unborn child.
Mr. Marley and I have a long complex history about which MANY inaccuracies have been reported since the beginning. To speculate without the facts can only cause people to form WRONG conclusions. We both value privacy and for that reason defend and preserve our right to it. Contrary to the numerous reports, Mr. Marley did not abandon me while pregnant with his child. We have had long periods of separation over the years but our 5 children together remain a joy to both of us. Thank you for your concern and I appreciate all of the well wishes regarding the birth of my new son.

As we continue this heat wave, I am in new york and this is day 2 of 100 degrees from other previous days in which we were in the upper 90′s. Many people found ways to keep cool including singer Alicia Keys in which she was spotted playing in the pool with her 9mth old son Egypt. This is actually a first look for me because most of the time he was cover up. He is an adorable healthy child! I love thick babies! They were all smiles in the pool out in Miami.
Singer Amy Winehouse who has been battling drug addiction for a while now was found dead in her London apartment. According to TMZ they reported this:
“Police were called by London Ambulance Service to an address in Camden Square NW1 shortly before 16.05hrs today, Saturday 23 July, following reports of a woman found decease. On arrival officers found the body of a 27-year-old female who was pronounced dead at the scene. Enquiries continue into the circumstances of the death. At this early stage it is being treated as unexplained.“
An autopsy will be done tomorrow to find out the cause of death but right now all we know as there was no foul play involved. She passed away at the age of 27. This is definitely sad and our condolences go out to her family.
After the much successful reality show The Way It Is, Keyshia is back and ready to be in front of the cameras. Not with Frankie and Neffe but with her husband Daniel Gibson and possibly son. She recently tweeted how she was on her way to Vegas to shoot some footage for the reality show and this time it will be centered around her big wedding that she is planning. Like Monica, Keyshia secretly wedded last month in a private ceremony but now wants to plan a bigger wedding to invite all friends and family. Keyshia did miss out on Monica’s recently big wedding due to being on tour with R.Kelly, but she made sure via twitter that social networking wasnt the only way she kept in touch with close friends.
I guess I will have to add another reality show to watch this year huh?… will you be watching?
As we are all anticipating the release of the rappers album Jay and Kanye’s “Watch The Throne”, they release another track off the album just the other day called Otis. They rap over the voice and sampling of Otis Reddington. Album drops on August 5th, check it out below.

Lil Mama, hits up the power 105.1 morning show with the breakfast club crew consisting of Charlamagne, DJ Envy, and also Angela Yee . Of course Charlamagne had to take stabs at Lil Mama for looking older in the face, trying to bring her down say she was currently irrelevant, Lil Mama eventually breaks down in tears explaining how she was always on her grind even during the time when she recorded her first album when her mom was battling cancer (which has since passed away). Other topics include her being compared to Nicki Minaj and vice versa as well as the MTV incident when she went on stage during Jay-Z and Alicia Keys performance.
