Rapper Eve along with Drew Barrymore and others were at the Doll Factory yesterday night in LA promoting there new movie Whip It. Movie is in theatres next friday.

Essence Atkins, you may have known her from 90′s sitcom Smart guy and also recent movie Dance Flick.  Well this past weekend she married her fiance Jamie Mendez in Pasadena. The two met last year on Valentines Day on Match.com, a website that helps find your perfect mate. Many celebs came out for the ceremony including Gabrielle Union, Sanaa Lathan, A.J. Johnson and  more (even Dwayne Wade was there.) It was reported that Match.com sponsored the open bar and had their logo on all the party favors..(so tacky). But congrats to them.

Remember when I posted a few days ago about Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian tying the knot, and how I wanted to know what his Ex Liza Morales felt about it? Well Radar Online was able to get the low down exclusive on it. Just in case your out the loop: Liza dated Lamar for about 12 years and had 3 kids by him, 1 who died of SIDS. They eventually broke up 2 yrs ago to only find out Khloe who he dated of 3 weeks married him.

Liza Morales tells Radaronline that she found out about the wedding ordeal via text. Yep a  text message. View snippets of the interview below:

I’ll never forget receiving that text it simply read: Getting married soon – want the kids to meet my future wife,” she revealed. “I’ve known Lamar for 15 years and we had three children together and he was always a real commitment phobe so finding out that he was marrying Khloe Kardashian so soon was a bombshell to say the least.

But here is the crazy part, in August Lamar and Liza spoke and he mentioned on rekindling their relationship and becoming a family. SMH

“In August this year he was talking to me about rekindling our relationship and being a family again but I told him that our two kids, Destiny and Lamar Jr, are getting older and I didn’t want to confuse them any further. Unfortunately, he hasn’t actually seen them in the past three months and when it comes to being a father it’s time that he really stepped up to the plate in that respect.”

Lloyd went wreckless on Ciara in a recent interview with Hip Hop Weekly. He spoke on how his friendship with Ciara is no longer because she has changed, and for the worst. 

I remember when the two were first starting out a few years ago, and seeing Ciara in Lloyd’s Hey Young Girl video.  Apparently all of that has changed, their friendship since highschool has ended and Lloyd seems a little irritated:

“I don’t f**k with Hollywood b**ches and she’s like one of the chicks that’s just changed along the way with the fame and the money and all of that.  I don’t really get down with her anymore on some real s**t. The truth hurts, but it will set you free. But I wish her all the best.”

Yesterday I accidentally ran into VH1′s newest reality show with Eddie Griffin Going For Broke. Now I didn’t even know he was having a show, I guess because I opt out on watching VH1 for a while. And no I don’t watch Real Chance of Love. So I’m watching this show, and I kept saying is he really going for broke?? Well on this particular episode (ep.3) His Bentley gets repossessed, yep taken away. Besides that I can say this show is hilarious. Check it out below.

What kind of concoction is this? I hope this is like seriously false. But I came across The Fab Empire where they posted pics of TV One’s Dinner Party. Looking at the pictures, they mentioned how Al Sharpton brought as his date Lisa Raye. Then I was searching the web and the YBF exclusively confirmed their relationship that has been brewing for a couple of months now. Is Lisa jumping from leaders to activists now? There must be something behind the two linking up….Story developing. SMH!
