Janet Jackson gives a present to her fans right after the VMA’s on her website JanetJackson.com. This song is called Make Me. It’s an uptempo dance track that will be her first single featured on her upcoming album slated for release next year. Enjoy!

Just in case you didn’t know, Congratulations to Michael Jordan who was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachussetts a few days ago. With his unique and gifted skills on the court he was able to grab 6 NBA titles as a Chicago Bull. At one point he played on the Washington Wizards, and even graced the fields as a MLB Player. We can truly say he has been there and done that. It was well deserved!
Jeremih puts out his third music video for the song Break Up to Make Up. It’s weird because just like Day 26, Jeremih is putting out videos, and I haven’t heard any of his tracks playing on the radio except the first one. Or am I lost in the loop here??

Mariah Carey was a busy lady over the weekend as she attended various events (cocktail, press conference, and Premiere.) for the film Precious that will hit theatres in November. I am really digging the curly locks on her, hope she keeps it for a while. Others in attendance were Oprah, Mary J. Blige, Sheri Shepherd and the cast of Precious.
Originally Rihanna was confirmed to sit in the crowd at the 2009 MTV VMA Awards, but apparently she skipped out on the event and decided to just party later on at the 40/40 club. I assume this was one of the VMA after parties hosted by Jay-Z.

Janet Jackson came out in the end in full force and killed it!! You can see the expression, and I can feel the emotions as she was doing it. I can truly say that job well done MTV, job well done. Yesterday the VMA’s went down at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The first award giving out that night was for Best Female Video. In the category was Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Britney Spears to name a few. Taylor Swift won, and thats when Kanye striked again to speak his mind on how he felt should won. He was saying that no disrespect to Taylor but he felt Beyonce should have won it because she had one of the best videos of all time. <~ I agree with Kanye’s statement that her video was mocked all over the world and I highly doubt everyone knew Taylor’s song, however it was the way how he did it. Very tacky to jump up in the middle of her speech to do it. At least wait like when she walking off lmao.
Anyways Kanye took to his blog to apologize to Taylor and her fans:
