Brandy made her stardom in shows on here and from here is where they discovered her vocal talent and became a singer. Jason Weaver was also on the show as well before the Jackson Five movie. About two days ago I posted Miss Jones expressing her feelings as to why she feels Beyonce sabotaged Kelly‘s career. So many things has happened to Kelly from her dumping her manager Matthew Knowles, to her moving out of the country, and then being dropped from Columbia records. Russell Simmons jumps on Global Grind to express his thoughts about the situation:
In light of the recent excitement surrounding Miss Jones’ blog, I want to express my thoughts on this situation. Global Grind was created to fill a void in the hip-hop space, where artists, fans and foes could speak their mind openly and freely. As a yogi, you all know that I feel that most people are interested in a better view of the world, so I will always encourage positivity. That is the reason why we promote people like Brother Jesse Muhammad, from the Nation Of Islam, who might have not had the chance to write on other sites, and who has become a star blogger on GG. THAT IS WHY ASHLE DUPRE FOUND A VOICE HERE. That is what makes us unique and different. However, I PASSIONATELY believe that all artists MUST have the freedom to speak what’s on their minds, so we welcome Miss Jones to the GG community. If I had to make an educated assesment, since I know Matthew so well, I would say that Matthew Knowles has been an EXCELLENT FATHER AND A GREAT MANAGER. But this no way allows us at Global Grind to tamper or sway the opinions of all the artists we engage with as bloggers. All I have to say is I’m really starting to dislike Que. I really do think there is a problem and he need to be “100” as he keeps saying and keep it real with the group b/c he stressing everyone else out. Another thing I notice Dawn is a bad seed as well, I feel like her advice may be causing friction in the group, for the fact that Que is young and imature along with an attitude problem he’s gonna try to take as much advice from the outside then using his own brain to solve the problem within the group.
