Letoya Luckett whose new sophmore album titled Lady Love has been pushed back from May 19 to June 16. Reason for the decision was for the fact that Eminem’s album was dropping on the same day May 19 and also she plans on dropping Regret, her second single so she wanted to give more time. Does anyone no if Not Anymore is doing well? I haven’t heard any airplay so I’m unsure. Maybe this was a wise decision. FYI - top is her album sampler cover in which she plans on dropping samplers of some of her tracks from the album before it actually comes out in June.
Justin Timberlake who has been on the grind working on tracks like Love, Sex, & Magic with Ciara and also T.I’s Dead and Gone is not working on his Own album. Justin who last put out an album back in 2006 titled Future Sex/Love Sounds has been in the studio, but only producing tracks for other people.
“Right now, I like the idea that things can just kind of pop up and if they feel right I can do them,” says JT. “Committing to my own sort of project, that’s like, ‘Okay, let me block out two years of my life and do it.’ I was heavily fulfilled with the last one and I always have this thing with myself that if I can’t sleep because I need to do it, then I’m gonna do it. But if I’m not losing sleep over it then…”.
So I guess he not losing sleep so hmm….. Maybe 2010?
T.I & Tiny were leaving the courtroom after T.I’s sentencing on March 27. T.I was sentenced to a year and day (366 days) in prison, a fine of $100,300, and 1500 hrs of community service in which he already completed 1,030 hrs (not including reality show) . T.I doesn’t have to report to prison until or on May 19, so he has a little bit more time to spend with his family. I think eventually T.I could be eligible for early release on good behavior ….so we’ll see.
NFL player Ryan Moats, was in a hurry with is Wife, and other family members to the Baylor Regional Medical Center when a police officer follows him all the way to the parking lot to stop him & write a ticket for not doing a full “stop” at a stop sign. When the wife and another female tried to run into the hospital before their mom died, the cop even tried to put them back in the car. I felt that this was certainly ridiculous, and I understand a cop has to do its job, but when it comes to a dying family member he should of let them go. In the end the NFL player didn’t make it in time and his mother in law died. The cop has been suspended with pay and the Texas chief of police apologized. Check out the video below.

Ashanti was chosen for a spread in OK Magazine. She is wearing bright “Must Have’s” for the summer. It seems like she kept the wig but changed the color, or that was her actual hair all along and this is her new look.

The top clip is Jay-z looking ahead at her performance in Edmonton, Canada…aww how cute. FYI_ I posted the sweet dreams performance but that was a pre-tour performance.
