On Friday Kanye West taped the VH1 special Storytellers at the Sony Studios in L.A. He had his 808′s and Heartbreak gear on as well as he performed. The songs that he sung and interpreted were Touch the Sky, Love Lockdown, Flashing lights, and Paranoid. VH1 Storytellers is to premiere on Saturday February 28 at 9pm so make sure you tune in.

If your still tuning in with the Rick Ross & 50 Cent beef, this week on the saturday cartoon of Officer Ricky the 50 cents diss cartoon the theme is “Everbody Hates Chris“. We have him still making a mockery of Rick Ross and Dj Khaled. He now added Foxy Brown in the mix, Chris Brown and Rihanna. In the cartoon he shows Chris Karate Kicking Rihanna and in the end Chris is in Jail with 50. Check it out. Overall the cartoon is funny, but I think he shouldn’t of added the Chris and Rihanna situation in there.

Lil Mama, Soulja Boy, Common, Chamillionaire and others came out and performed for the Kmart/Protege basketball block party held in Phoenix. NBA legend and TNT analyst Kenny Smith hosted a free event for the kids, complete with hot dogs, cotton candy, basketball and live music. The event was also a chance for the New York Knicks’ Al Harrington to promote his new affordable line of basketball shoes, Protégé, that will be sold in Kmart stores.

Allen Iverson, finally decided to let the braids go. In a recent interview he said that Obama is president, and that now for him its time for change and his wife been wanting him to cut it off. Jay-z, Beyonce, joined in with Lebron James on yesterday during the all star weekend for the Sprite Green Instrument Donation in Mesa , Arizona. Jay and Lebron donated 150 new musical instruments and $10,000 to the local school during the event. At night they had their third annual Sprite Green dinner party titled “Two Kings“. Guests that attended were Kobe Bryant & Wife, Shaquille & his wife (I thought they were divorced) Chris Paul, Gabrielle Union, and others.

It has been one week since the whole story unleashed about Rihanna and Chris Brown. There have been truths, lies, and interviews from different members of the family. But we all know we wanted to hear from the actually people involved: Rihanna & Chris. Well Chris has just released a statement via his spokesperson in regards to the situation:
“Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired. I am seeking the counseling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God’s help, to emerging a better person. Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and/or reported in the media is wrong. While I would like to be able to talk about this more, until the legal issues are resolved, this is all I can say except that I have not written any messages or made any posts to Facebook, on blogs or any place else. Those posts or writings under my name are frauds.”
I really am looking forward to the truth from their mouths…. b/c like I said there are some many things to this situation and alot is false. Chris is scheduled to be in court on March 5.

NBA All star festivities took place last night around 8:30 there was the 3point contest, the skills challenge, the shooting stars challenge , and the Slam Dunk Contest. Lot sof stars were there Ludarcris, Spike Lee, and others. Honestly I think that Dwight Howard was robbed this year for the title, though it goes by texts, yes Nate Robinson was creative with jumping over him, but I think Dwight was even more creative. After all the hype of watching both dunk, Lebron James officially put himself in for the NBA Slam dunk contest of 2010…. something to look forward to with his skills.
