Here is J.Hud’s new video if this isn’t love. This is the second track off her album, and I’m so happy for her and her accomplishments this far, and winning a grammy on sunday. Check her out on Thursday on Fox as she is nominated for 7 awards, and will be performing at the 40th NAACP Image Awards.
A couple of weeks or months ago I posted a song by Rihanna called Emergency Room. I even said it didn’t even sound like her. Well I recently found out that on another blog they interviewed Mario, and it wasn’t her on the track. It was someone else singing it and that track wasn’t even done and they didn’t even know how it got leaked. Well it did Mario. But here is the track again with him singing it and its featuring Rihanna, honestly I don’t even know if this song is the official but here it is anyways…. the weird part is I feel this song is not really suitable with Rih’s situation. (in my opinion). Speaking on the situation, Mario was speaking with EXTRA and here’s what he had to comment on the situation:
“I know Chris… I’ve never known him as being an abusive guy. It’s very unfortunate. Nobody really knows all the details. But it’s very unfortunate. I’ve seen them together out before. They seem like a really cool couple.”
Beyonce decided to come out of the woodworks, and was spotted attending an event. It was the Unforgettable Evening Benefitting the Entertainment Industry Foundation. This event was held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel. I’m surprised that Bey skipped out the Grammy’s this year.. especially since her sis was there and her hubby performed and won a grammy for “Swagger Like Us”. But anyhoo, the black dress I wasn’t feeling it makes her look a lil preggers to me (just my opinion). But her makeup was on point though.
Every morning the news continues with releases of more on the Rihanna and Chris Brown situation. First it was reported on the news and in the news paper that Jay-z is now furious with the whole situation. He is angry that Chris even laid a hand on Rihanna. Jay is known for signing Rih and making her into a superstar especially with the smash hit “Umbrella”. News said that close friends to Jay said he went crazy once he heard the news. There has been no confirmation even if he has made any comments on the situation, just that he reacted out of the norm. Photo above is him leaving LA on a private jet yesterday.

Michelle Obama gets the March issue cover for Vogue Magazine. Michelle was interviewed by Editor -at-Large Andre Talley. They discuss her family, being first lady, and more. The magazine hits stands on February 24th. Here’s an excerpt from the interview:
On Her Upbringing and how it will influence the White House:
“We learned in our household that there was nothing you couldn’t talk about and that you found humor in even the toughest of times. I want to bring that spirit of warmth, openness, and stability to my task.”
On Election Night:
“I was proud as a wife, amazed as a citizen. I felt a sense of relief, a sense of calm, that the country I lived in was the country I thought I lived in.”
Chris Brown’s step-father Donelle Hawkins speaks out. He interviews with Access Hollywood and talks about how he did have arguments with Chris’s mom but there was no domestic violence involved ever in the relationship. His step-father admitted he did discipline Chris one time around age 11 or 12 and that was for disrespecting and cursing at his mother.
“ Chris blaming me for his anger or whatever he’s dealing with….truly he’s using it as a scapegoat. Just like we as christians or general people use the devil as an excuse…the devil made me do it because he choses not to accept the responsibility for his own actions which he has never had to do, he’s using me as a scapegoat”.

Christina Milian graces the cover the of the male magazine…. King. I like this cover, shows style with an attitude. This will be the March issue that will hit stands on February 24th. I really wonder if this girl is still with Dre…. I seen her appear everywhere with The Dream so I dunno.
Here is a new track from Day 26 called stadium music. It is off their upcoming sophmore album that is suppose to be released on April 14. I think this song sounds similar to a track off their first album…”Are We In This Together” except with a rock beat to it… I don’t know its just my opinion. Be on the look out for the new season of making the band this thursday on MTV.
I was wondering when I was going to hear a track off the T-Wayne album. This new track is called “Snap Your Fingaz“ the beat in the beginning kind of throws you off but once the beat drops its pretty good. I like it, is a slower track for the clubs.
