Beyonce was spotted on saturday out in midtown manhattan heading to a restaurant. Her gown sure looks dressy just for eating. Beyonce looks really nice though and I think that the gray dress was designed by Herve Leger… ?? maybe I’m wrong but the way how its designed looks like it.
